Terms of Service (ToS)
- Credit of commission must be given to NottanAvery.
- Alteration of the commission is allowed, but credits of original product must not be removed.
- Credit may be done through posting with tag on Twitter, mentioning in bio or about page (best option), or mentioning in an uploaded video, retweeting or liking of NottanAvery's Twitter post of the commission.
- Reselling of commissioned product without my knowledge is strictly prohibited.
- Should there be a violation of these terms, the client is no longer allowed to commission me and recreation of the commission will be allowed.
- I reserve the right to decline a commission that I do not feel comfortable doing.
- Clients must pay at least 50% of the total amount before I start the commission.
- Should the client stop the commission within the first three days of paying the initial payment, a refund will be given.
- Should the client wish to stop the commission three days after paying the 50% commission price, no refund will be given. If a full amount was given, 50% will be refunded.
- In the event that I cannot continue the commission, full refund will be offered.
- Full payment must be given before the final product is delivered to the client.

F.A.Q.
Are you open for commissions? : I have my commission status in my Commissions page and my Twitter bio
Do you have a waitlist? : You can check my Commission Schedule in my Commission page and DM me in Twitter or Discord if you wish to reserve a slot in a specific month.
How long does it take to finish a commission? : Usually 2 - 3 weeks for hair and clothes. Full models can take a month or two.
Payment method? : PayPal for USD, and GCash or Paymaya for Php.
Do you take requests for Booth? : Sometimes, but I will not take exact designs from anyone else.
How do I contact you? : I am mostly active in Twitter and Discord!
How do I commission you? : You can either DM me in any of my contact information or fill out the Google Forms in the commissions section~
What is complex (Hair)? : Typically curly hair, accessories, detailed/realistic hair, and hair requiring more than 3 textures.
What is complex (Clothes)? : Typically clothes with wrinkles, full latex or rubber outfits, and fur-like outfits.
NSFW assets? : I can try~
Will you stream commissions? : With the permission of the customer
Will you sell the commissions in Booth? : Absolutely not!
